Well I've been lifting for about 2 years now, and the only supplements I've ever used are whey protein and a multivitamin. I wanted to add creatine and BCAA's to my list, and anything else you guys recommend. I'm not a big fan of the NO-Xplode and similar advertised products promising miracle stuff, but if it's been proven to work, I don't mind testing the stuff.

I was wondering if I should take CEE or creatine mono, or both at the same time. Also, what's a good daily dosage for both types of creatine?

As for the BCAA's, they are more effective if I take them post workout, right? Do you guys have a good product to recommend, I've looked around and I was kinda confused with this thing.

Am I missing anything? I was thinking of adding fish oil caps.

Edit: The only pure CEE I could find on GNC's website is this one

    http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2133513&cp=2167077.2325087&parentPage=family

Does that look like a scam, or is it a good product? It offers 90 servings of 1.4g of CEE for 40$ CAN. Will I need more than 1.4g daily?

i don't think it's necessary to take mono and cee at the same time

edit: and don't shop at GNC, go to www.1fast400.com

Yeah 1fast400 was my first choice but when I looked there, it looked like shipment to Canada was impossible. When prompted to enter my zip code, the only format was US (5 characters), while in Canada we have a 6 character zip code.

I've never had a problem having it shipped to Canada.

edit: Just checked, I do have my 6 digit zip code on file there.

Where do you live in canukistan?

If you don't mind paying the shipping:)o) I can ship you the CEE I have(I think I ordered 700g and now I probably have like 550 or 600g left). I didn't see much results with it and I hated the taste. Some people don't see results with mono, others don't see results with CEE. I didn't see results with either. :o
