Well I've been lifting for about 2 years now, and the only supplements I've ever used are whey protein and a multivitamin. I wanted to add creatine and BCAA's to my list, and anything else you guys recommend. I'm not a big fan of the NO-Xplode and similar advertised products promising miracle stuff, but if it's been proven to work, I don't mind testing the stuff. I was wondering if I should take CEE or creatine mono, or both at the same time. Also, what's a good daily dosage for both types of creatine? As for the BCAA's, they are more effective if I take them post workout, right? Do you guys have a good product to recommend, I've looked around and I was kinda confused with this thing. Am I missing anything? I was thinking of adding fish oil caps. Edit: The only pure CEE I could find on GNC's website is this one http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2133513&cp=2167077.2325087&parentPage=family Does that look like a scam, or is it a good product? It offers 90 servings of 1.4g of CEE for 40$ CAN. Will I need more than 1.4g daily?
