BCAA Supplementation

    How much BCAA are recommended for somebody doing weight training?

    Was looking into my consumption and with just a four protein shakes, throughout the day I get about 10g Leu, 6 Iso-Leu, 6 Val from shakes alone.

    I mix 6-8 scoops of Xtend and sip it during my training sessions

    you dont drink much water when you lift ?

    i finish my bcaa mixture and then fill it up with water at least 4 times.

    from what i remember maine puts back about a gallon while training :dunno:

    Yeah... I keep the BCAAs in another container. I'll take down .5-1 gallon during training, depending on how intense the session is and how hot the gym is.

    how much is recommended per day?

    what kind of benefits do you feel when you take it while lifting?
