No cliffs, its a good read
so basically, if you eat enough protein, youre good.
Cliffs: Unless you are taking a BCAA supplement with high values of usable l-leucine before or during your workouts, you are wasting your money. You get plenty of BCAAs from your whole food protein sources.
Which is what Justin Harris has always said, this is nothing new.

xtend has 3.5g per 2 scoops of leucine and i do 4 scoops during workout
I never took BCAA's and never saw a point.
I get enough through the protein rich foods I eat and ON whey has some BCAA's in it anyway.
IIRC, it was 10g dosing from the JH vid I watched, so your close.
If it has any benefits, most would be when taken around workouts.
I also agree with what he says here in bold...
I guess I've purchased my last tub of bcaa.
