i have a couple questions when using the horseshoe attachent shown below on the end of a loaded barbell:

    1) do i keep my legs slightly bent or 45 degrees?
    2) do i keep my lowerback arched throughout the lift?
    3) should my upperback be arched as well or flat?
    4) any other tips or good links to show proper form/tecnique?

is there no t-bar row at your gym?

i hate that faggots that saw Ronnie Coleman doing this in his video and will put some fucking holes in the wall of the gym instead of just using the perfectly good t-bar row that's already there.

    1) 45*
    2) just dont round it
    3) " " " "

Steel mill has the chest supported one in HighwayReaper's vids, the one i posted and a few other lever-type ones.

UCF has Eagle-Row, the one I posted and another chest supported cable one
