I've had a BB Curve from Verizon for about a month now. It will randomly clear my SMS inbox and call log. One moment they'll be full of stuff, the next time I check them they're completely empty. Any ideas on how to fix this?

i use to have a curve and when the memory on the device fills up it deletes that stuff, you can check your memory by going into tools i think, options and then status

goto settings > status and see how much file free space you have left

if it's too low or at 0 the curve starts with deleting SMS/emails/logs and even SMS before you even receive it

free up some space by deleting the cache/history from the browser/unneeded applications

you can also try deleting unused programs. That helps free up some space.

There is nothing wrong with your phone. In your settings, you can set it to delete the messages after X amount of days, or never. Change it.

blackberry curse...solution: Battery pull every once in a while. I would save all pics, music, tones, etc. onto a memory card instead of the internal memory because if it gets full it will start flushing all your texts and call logs and such.
