BSG STARTS NEXT FRIDAY BITCHES

Me and my buddies have already organized a party for this upcoming Friday. Who else is pumped? I saw a commercial for web episode on scifi.com for BSG, any one watch them, are they worth seeing before the show airs?

Also, I’m kind of afraid the writers dug themselves in hole with the season finale 2 :noes:. WTF are they going to do now? I can not possible see where the storyline can go from here, but I will watch regardless.

I feel the same way about the story. I'm really not very interested in seeing it anymore, but I'll give it a chance, and based on past experience, it'll probably be awesome and suck me back in.

    :dunno:

I think we'll see a big ass battle in the middle of the season.

That last episode really :eek3:ed me out. It was such a huge twist in the story.

Oh and btw, Joe_cool, I started watching firefly recently and I must say, you were fucking right.:bowdown::bowdown:

Season 3 started this past friday...we're "2" episodes in as they combined to the first two to make a 2 hour opening.

I'm enjoying it. But I'm about sick of all the traitors and mutineers. I would have spaced Agathon after that stunt. The galaxy could have been rid of cylons once and for all, and he ruined it.

It's great. It's just that Lost is sucking so much its taking it's negative attention if taking the positive attention off of BSG.

I'm probably asking this in a biased forum, but I've never seen BG. I'm a pretty big Sci Fi fan... ok... big if you count that I love Star Wars, and enjoy the occasional well known Sci Fi movie. Anyway, I'm looking to get into a series and thought that I'd check out BG. I've added season 1 to my Netflix and just wanted to see if this is something a Star Wars geek like myself would be into. Just a side note that I've never liked Star Trek, and in fact have never even seen an episode... just clips. So, I don't know if that would impact my opinion of BG...

    Any insights?

I don't know, I think it's been pretty good. They're piecing a lot of things together and it's holding up well. This past weeks episode seems to be the cap for a lot of those issues.

This is a much more "human" space sci fi than any of the others you're used to.

I think this season's episodes have been great. :dunno: You can only do so much "OMG the Cylons are coming! Jump again!"
