    Maybe someone here can help......
My friend has a 97 Acura Integra 4-dr LS, just recently he has been having issues with his battery dying really quick <1 week time>......We replaced the battery with a new one and installed it not knowing that 1 week later it would be dead. When the new battery was installed we started the car up 1 time and the car sat for 1 week, i went out to start it but the battery was completely dead...nothing......what could be the cause of this? thanks for your help....

He only started it up once and that's definitly not going to drain a new battery. Especially since he didn't drive it a long ways. Do you have a multimeter? Have tried jump starting it and then let it sit again? Load test? Loose connections? So many variables and alternators are cheap/easy to replace.
