    Ever since I have been lifting 2 months now. I have to shit alot is this normal



    I fell stupid for making this thread but its true:wtc:

    Ya increased my calories by 500 a day.

    when i started lifting it ramped up my shitting by at least 75%

    protein shakes brought it up another 30-40 it seemed like
