Basketball Workouts

    Hey,

    Okay, it's summer again and I'm looking to be on the varsity team for my school next year (coming outta the jv team). One thing that kept me on the bench for the most of this year was my stamina .. I just tend to get tired as hell after running up and down the court for 5 mins. Could you guys point me to stuff I can do to increase my stamina? Generally things like jogging/sprinting/running/biking would help me in this area, right?

    Besides stamina, what kind of things can I do to increase explosiveness to the ball and to the rim?
