basic poses for progress pics

    i know this is lame but ive seen so many damn progress pics on here but there hasnt been any real consistency as far as what "poses" people use to chart their progress...what are the main ones i should use to help me get a better idea of what is lagging and what is coming along good? :greddy:

    normal standing, front flex pic, back flexed pic, legs.

    resting front, front bi, back bi, lat spread, chest flex, and yeah legs, which no one ever shows
