Besides your basic push-up grips, pull-up bar, ab ball, what are some other in-home workout suggestions? Any new innovative workout utilities developed recently?

I saw one of those bowflex dumbbell things... it wasn't a terrible idea for like an in-home workout shit if you're desperate

the actual bowflex one sucked my nuts and broke when I was just playing around with it, but there was another similar one from another brand that I didn't mind using at all
