    I checked in the most obvious place, but was unable to harvest anything there.

    I actually just ordered them from basrutten.tv earlier this week. I'm hoping that I can replace my cardio routine with these a couple days per week since I am getting sooooooooooooooooo bored with running, treadmill, eliptical, bike, etc etc...

    I downloaded this last night. I'm not sure i get it. is this for people that need help shadow boxing? I just didnt see a need for bas to count out combos for me :dunno:

    I think Bas meant it as a conditioning thing. Its easier to throw combos when you're tired if you have Bas yelling at you the whole time.

    +1 It kind of gives you a rhyme and reason to your workout. Otherwise people just tend to pound on the bag with random punches/combinations for a few minutes, start 1/2 assing it as they tire, and quickly just move on to something else.
