Its good for training alone and or if you don't have the space for a heavy bag

Ya that looks a lot better than a standing heavybag for sure.

especially since it would take twice as much space as a swinging heavy bag.

For real, and i remember him saying in an interview that he would never fight again because his back has gotten so bad that he barely walk down the driveway. I mean i knew he was exaggerating but wtf.

yeah cause taking time off to rest and heal doesn't do anything and slapping a couple pads around is the same thing as fighting

Take time off to rest and heal? This wasn't after he just had a fight or anything, it was an interview like 5 months ago and he was saying that his back has gotten so bad that it hurts just walking up the driveway. So seeing him throw high kicks is pretty impressive if that was true, he was prolly hurting when he did it.
