have fun that everytime you shoot the dot moves.

i had a bsa red dot that would move with every shot and a .22!!!..
i'd hate to think what a lesser quality optic would do with a .223

I forgot the cardinal rule of OT, if it doesnt cost $1000 its shit :ugh:
Someone else here in WMD says they have one and it works great, it will be occasional range use, I have a feeling it will do just fine.

It wasnt bought to defend my life, its bought for target shooting which I get to do once every month or so. Hence the reason not to drop big cash on a expensive optic. Any if I did need to defend my life, the rear sight is still visable and I could always use irons to shoot zombies if the battery goes dead :noes:

I trust my life with my fo'dy five :bigthumb:

A 1911 that cost you less than 2 grand? You're a fool to trust you're life with that :o

lord knows there are only two models of red dots, one costing $14.95, and the other costing $1000.

Mine costed $70 :) It holds zero just fine. Only problem is it came with two small circular batteries and when shooting the two would seperate. I bought one batter twice the size and it fixed all problems.

I have the aimpoint clone on the cantilever. I am thinking of trying out their ACOG too and see which one I like more. When both die I will buy the real one that I liked most.

    that's all airsoft shit.

being an airsofter, I've got those (manufactured by G&P Laser Products) on my airsoft rifles, and I have mounted them to dick around with on my real ARs. They hold zero for like 75 rounds. Then it's a crapshoot. Save up for a real one.

But if a $14.95 one works for my use, why pay more? :dunno:

Does that battery have a name or code? I've seen them online, but need to find somewhere local to get them.

    TIA
