Barnold999 Fitness (and some food) Log

    I figured I will start a fitness journal, just started a routine last week. Need to start keeping track of my weights.

    Height: 6'0"
    Weight: 151lbs
    Age: 19

    Goal: To lose body fat (yes, believe it or not I have quite a bit of body fat) and to bulk up a lot in muscle... I would be happy with bulking up to 175lbs. Warning: I am really weak... no laughing :-D

    Currently I am having 80g of protein supplements a day. My current meals are usually:
    Breakfast: 40g of Protein shake
    Lunch: Salad with lots of calories (Ranch) Or a Sandwich
    Dinner: Whatever... try for something healthy but that doesn’t work.
    Usually I wont have a snack... and then I usually have about 64oz of water a day (not included in the protein shakes)

    QUESTION: What should I be doing to achieve my goal

    FYI: I will probably update this randomly through out the day... and just edit the posts every day... just so I don’t have to keep a written record of everything... since I work at a computer anyway... and I can update from work

    40G Protein Shake
    Large Coffee
    2 Chick-Fil-A Chicken Biscuits (Yummy, but I so shouldnt have had all that fried stuff)
