    what does yours consist of?
    thinking about changing mine up


    mine at 95 lbs

    hang clean x 5
    deadlift x 5
    bent over row x 5
    shoulder press x 5
    good morning x 5
    squat x 5
    clapping push up x 5

    1 min rest
    repeat 5x

    Complex One

    Deadlift – 6 reps
    Romanian Deadlift – 6 reps
    Bent Over Row – 6 reps
    Power Clean – 6 reps
    Front Squat – 6 reps
    Push Press – 6 reps
    Back Squat – 6 reps
    Good Morning – 6 reps


    Complex Two

    Snatch Grip Deadlift – 6 reps
    Snatch Pull – 6 reps
    Upright Row – 6 reps
    Power Snatch – 6 reps
    Reverse Lunge – 6 reps each leg
    Push Jerk – 6 reps
    Jump Squat – 6 reps

    4-5 circuits of either #1 or #2 depending on the day.

    how often are you supposed to do these? 3 times a week?

    i do mine 2 or 3 times a week, depending on my schedule

    i really cant do snatches, i dont think i have the back flexibility :sadwavey:

    jump squat sounds pretty dangerous too

    you do those in addition to another lifting program or do you do those only?

    so it's ok to do these in addition to something else?

    if you're doing 5x5 monday, wed, friday, i assume you do this tuesday and wednesday instead of cardio?

    you could, but would need to lower the weight to make it more of an active restoration workout.

    or, you could have them replace a couple movements on a couple days of the week... and rotate doing them vs your normal routine.

    i have a day for the complex, treadmill abs, stretching, and foam roller, whatever else i think i need to work on

    i also goto muay thai twice a week

    so usually only get 1 or 2 days of the bill star routine in a week

    i will say the complex is a much more fun way to do cardio

    i hate the treadmill with a passion

    romainian deadlift
