I bought bands from elitefts hoping to add variety to my workout and help me with sticking points.
how many of you guys use them?

I'm not sure how to exactly mount them on a bench, I've got it nailed down in the rack

grab a couple DBs and put them on each side of the bench. double them around the DB handles. make sure you put something in front of the DBs or they will move.

i was running the band under the bench itself - one to each side.

you can do that, too... but the band is going to be mounted behind you and will be pulling the bar backwards while you are trying to bench

not necessarily....depending on the bench he is using and how he sets it up the band can be set up so it is underneath you and pulling down...

yeah there is a bar that sits low to the ground running along with the bench itself, but not touching, so i can use that as a tension point.

just not sure how i'm gonna be able to stretch one over to both ends of the barbell doingit that way

simple...you run it under the bench then grab one end as someone else grabs the other end...you just hook it over the collar...
