    does anyone do ballet training? they are lean and cut and some of the best conditioned athletes out there.

    Last thing I saw about ballerinas was on MTVs made. Some kid wanted to become one, the girl he worked with looked hot. There was also that one movie about ballerinas, the one was supposed to starve herself can't remember the name.

    Don't listen to anyone else, it can only help you, it is fantastic for balance, stability, control, agility....the list goes on. I highly recommend it.
