Baking chicken breasts

    At what temp should I pre-heat and for how long should I bake?

    Considering these are fairly small chicken breasts.

    I'm not trying to be a smart ass, but wouldn't it be better to grill them?

    .... if thats not an option.... i don't know the temps/times

    I, myself, own a foreman grill...but baking them is my only option for the next few weeks.

    375 seems to be the magic number, but I cook mine from frozen. usually 15 minutes per side, but if they are thawed your mileage may vary.

    350 for about 30 minutes depending on thickness of the breast www.foodtv.com is your friend

    i wrap them in foil so they stay tender and i do abou 30 mins at 350 degrees like killerZees said
