have not done squats in a long time so I wanted to start doing them again. Then I realized why I quit doing them in the first place. For The next few days my lower back is screwed up and I can hardly bend down. Pretty sure my form is good. My knees stay behind my toes, go down to about parallel. Any ideas, maybe stop being such a pussy, i dont know.
    - thanks

are you making sure to arch your lower back and stick your chest out?

sometimes, even if you begin the lift with tight form, you may unconsciously loosen up by the end of the set.

you probably have really fucking weak lower back... like most people who don't train right / who are just starting out. Start getting your back stronger and it will go away

don't do squats until you've been working lower back for a while, and also make sure to tighten your abs real well when doing any lifting, squats included (don't hunch over, but make sure they're holding tight).
