What are you guys using for backup software? I've heard lots of good things about Retrospect, but what are you guys using?

Uh - the backup that comes with windows? It's a watered down version of BackupExec - the standard in backups for over a decade

I'm running backup exec 10d. No complaints here.

We use Backup Express from SyncSort. We have a 5 node Novell cluster handling login security, email and file sharing, it's one of the better Novell cluster aware backup products. We also use it on all our NT boxes. :big grin:

I've had issues with this crossing operating systems. You can't restore a backup that you create on Windows 98 on an XP machine. I don't recall if there is an issue too between W2K and XP, but I wouldn't be surprised.

God I wish we had that. Until recently we had to restore the whole post office to an alternate location and pull out the person's email box. They would loose anything send after the restore point, not to mention the post office is about 200 gigs so a restore takes a while in itself.

There isn't. NT, W2K, XP, W2K3 are all compatible. Not sure about 98.
