    I deliver roofing material. Throwing up to 300 squares of shingles a day(900 bundles that each weigh 80Lbs)

    not a lot of definition or size. on a side note, bring your arms to a 90 degree bend instead of the 45, will make you look better

    I've been in roofing for about a year,but with this job its alot more lifting and I save money on goin to the gym since im basically workin out all day!

    Is this a little better?

    Its great that your job allows you to stay active allday, but there is no replacement for lifting in gym or at home IMO.

    But if you really are lifting and moving that much all day then you probably just need to start eating more to help gain some wieght.

    Im lifting pretty much all day,the only time im not lifting is when im in the truck driving. Id say I spend about 5 1/2-6 hours out of the day lifting. I eat all the time but my metabolism is really high,soo it doesnt really work!

    honestly buddy roofing isnt that hard ( i've done it) and your body is just gonna get used to doing the same lift over and over allday especially if your only lifting 2 bundles at a time
