    sup fellas

I have back spasm in the same area (left deltoid). It last about a few seconds and then it comes back. It’s been going on for three days now. What should I do?

Well, as a patron of Off topic F&N I can tell you allot of us have this problem and what we usually do is begin with a warming pad on the area of excitation. After you have throughly warmed the area, you should immediately apply an ice pack to it, along with some icie hot. Once this is complete, drink two and a half gallons of water, followed by eating an apple. You see the apple has a special enzyme that will help your muscles retain water, and stop twitching. The twitch is a muscular response to dehydration and trauma. The ice pack and heat will in essence deaden the muscle electronuralreceptors causing it to stop twitching for several hours, and then the water and apple will hydrate it causing permanent relief. Now if the problem persists start eating more apples and possibly some bananas, it helps if you take a suppository of fiber also.

you forgot to mention rubbing thyme on the area for about 40 seconds, followed by an immediate yell at the top of your lungs.
