Back Soreness Hey I just have a quick question. I have been working out my back for a while, and am gaining strengh, but from last Tuesday's back workout to today it's been sore. Is this normal? For reference, last week I did 205 on the dead lift for the first time (10 times.. w00t). Can you recall if some of you broly's had this soreness for that long...before you were broly? Do you think it's cool for me to hit it again tomorrow? For reference, the soreness is between my shoulderblades, and I can feel it more when i try and touch my elbows together behind my back.
