    I've been doing deads for about 3-4 weeks now. Never really worked on my back til I started coming to OTF&N. I'm gonna try to get my back real broly.

    505 Dead > 405
    325 Oly Squat > 405 High || Squat

    My last 1rm dead was 455. I last 1rm squat was 415.

    But since I never train 1rm I don't know what it is now.

    how about you just get a perma for:

    1) saying you'll squat 315x20 and never doing it
    2) saying you'll be 10% bf in 12 weeks and never doing it

    I don't say I'm going for ANYTHING on F&N because I know, much like you should, that things happen and running your mouth only makes you look like a fucking idiot.

    1) Ive done it in gar big deal its not that impressive since gear gives me speed where I suck at
    2) I never dieted just actually started doing it Fri, and yea I would be willing to make a ban bet on this one that I will be at least 10-12 in the next 12 weeks

    1) You didn't do it in gear. People much stronger and more knowledgeable than you said you didn't and couldn't do it in wraps.
