Zero carbs here so im a little flat and also taken with my shitty camera phone but coming along nicely. 246 there at 10-11%. Im 10 weeks out and losing a 1% a week right now(which will slow as I get leaner) but Im on target. No idea where I will end up weight wise as the scale as going up for a while, but this morning I was 237 so the zero carb days are in effect. Im also starting 5 days of cardio instead of 3. I will get some better pics from home soon. I need to shave up also.
