F'd up on Saturday. Broke my form on my last lift, felt a strain in my lower back. Now it's somewhat painful to bend over, or put a load on my spinal column It's not debilitating, but it will definitely hamper any future lifting. Any thoughts on what I can do to help myself recover? I know it's hard to say how severe it may be, but I just thought I would ask to see if anyone has had a similar problem.
