    Weighing in at 185 clothed (5'10"). :wtc: Been on Adderall for a couple months lost ~20lbs. Haven't been working out. Abs are showing, feeling gay.

    Back Squat-skipped em cause legs are sore from a full body WO on sat, and I got a concert tonight. Worked out at mom's basement gym (300lb oly set w/barbell, smith machine, and 2 20lb db's)
    Romanian deadlift-135x12,145x10,185x8,135x15
    Barbell curl-65x8,75x8,85x7
    Close-grip decline press-135x8,155x8,165x7
    Preacher curl-45x12,11,10
    Decline DB triceps extension-20x15,9,5 :ugh:
    Hammer curl-20x15,15,15
    Cable tricep extension (had to use a towel)-50x13,8,5
    Side crunches on ab roller-20x3 per side
