yes, but what specific exercises, ideal weights, etc., would be best for sculpting? don't want to get ripped or anything. i've really done nothing but cardio and light free weights for arms.

You won't get "big" or "muscular." My wife lifts 2 or 3 days a week, does body pump, etc. and she is smaller than she ever was (about a size 0 now).
Lift what you're comfortable lifting 10 times for three sets without hurting yourself.

Anything. As stated, women are not different than men other than you should use slightly higher reps (10-12 is fine). You do not have sufficient testosterone production to put on lots of muscle.
All forms of barbell rows, lat pulldowns, assisted pullup machine, cable rows, etc.. most of these are in the link that was posted.
If you do not instigate any of the regulars nothing will happen...so just post, learn and things will be fine.

Someone who tries to be helpful but doesn't yet deadlift 500 pounds posts something, it is criticized in one way or another, the broly alarm goes off, circle jerk ensues, brolies rally, and the poor slob who doesn't belong to the 500 club is banned or warned off.

Obviously there our tight crews in here, people have been in her for years as the same with the million crews out there in the main forum. There are all types of dudes and girls in here with different goals. Do we make fun of people sometimes or give people shit? Ya of course we do, Its F&N. Don't worry about the small stuff like an internet forum, worry about hitting the weights hard.

a) Someone offering genuine advice to a question that, while simple to most, is a legitimate question from someone with no background in physical fitness.
b) Someone derisively offering non-advice and snidely dismissing the only legitimate advice offered, while offering no reason for his apparent disgust with said advice?
