I twisted mine on friday night after the cops kicked me out of a party... but they chose to do it by grabbing me from behind by the collar (with absolutely no warning) and throwing me into a wall, I was wasted so didn't have the best coordination... and I had a bad footing. just a minor twist but hurt like fuckw hen it happened.

I deadlifted the next day with no problems.

Aside from t-bar rows and any other standing row, I don't know of much backwork that you even use your feet for. Cable rows, pulldowns, pullups, machine rows, machine shrugs, rear flys, etc.... not much weight if any on the ankle.

If you can support a little bit of weight, how about some DB pullovers? Those always hit my lats and triceps hard as fuck.
