put light source behind you. trust me, photochopping, adding contrast and shitty lighting only hurts you in the long run if you take body shots to document progress and assess areas of improvment

Not a bad back at all, but try taking them this morning and using more available light.

more rack pulls, dead lifts, seated cable rows and pull downs..

you look thick at least, now you just need to make it all grow

my back is sore 4 days after deadlifting last time, i don't need to do 'more', I just need to continue them. I just started back 2 weeks ago, and I have never really lifted consistantly, which is my big problem.

Last deadlift workout, which is the first time i've done them in a while:
    135x8
    225x6
    315x4
    365x3
    405x2
    415x1
    315x8

It all went up pretty easily, so I was happy.

was talking about bench and squat... u did bench... not sure when you stopped but you even had some videos of you benching

i benched 255x3 last time i checked and squated 365 easy after 10 sets of 70-95% max effort squats... yeah 365 < 385... so just messing with ya

btw i did a s/b/d roll call few weeks ago and i was one of the weakest of F&N:wtc::wtc::wtc:
