    Hey Brolys,

    What muscles in this pic/pose do you think need the most immediate attention?

    I'm thinking lower back needs some love, but it's hard to judge yourself.. For L-back, best plan of attack to work on it: dead lifts? (I don't do them at all right now, *flamesuiton*)

    Criticism welcomed.

    Currently do pullups, seated rows & bent over rows to work on these... any other good exercises i should be doing?
