Hey guys, Well let me give you guys some backgorund information on myself. I started lifting at the age of 16. I coudln't even do one pushup when I started. Then after two years of weight training in high school, I started college; and couldn't manage working out. I played sports occasionally with friends. Now fast forward 4 years later. After going from 175 lbs to 226.5 lbs I decided to get back into working out and eating healthier. My diet was shit till I came here and read up alot. So I have been eating better and my routines are always changing after reading up alot on here. Well I don't have a gym membership, but I do have weights from my days lifting in highschool. I have been trying to get some routines for my back days but not alot come up besides deads. So do you guys working out at home do for your back days.
