    and I'm out of ideas of what to do. Ive been doing the following exercices for the past 8 weeks:

    bent over rows
    one arm db rows
    lat pull down (both wide and close grip)
    one arm hammer curls
    low cable rows rows
    cable rows
    deads ( regular and snatch grip)
    weighted pulls ups

    you guys got any other good compound movements?

    deads should be your main compound movement
    followed by 2-3 high rep accessory movements
    (my.02)

    oh my bad I dont do all of those in one day. Those are the excercises I choose from but I will only do 3 at most. I'm just looking for something new to do

    Well... he does have a point in that not everyone needs to deadlift.

    levrone is a genetic freak and I'm sure in his golden days he was on as much sauce as the entire MLB.. he probably gains more back muscle from lifting up a vial than a normal person doing deads for a year.

    it is true, deadlifting has me looking like a fridge.

    need more delts.

    I haven't noticed any increase in my waist size from deadlifting frequently again, just from getting fatter

    Back Extensions

    Shouldn't need more than that.

    I like to do back 2x per week

    1:
    Pullups
    cable row
    bb row ss rear delts

    2:
    deadlifts
    pullups
    face pulls

    feels good man.
