best workout i just started doing
along with bend over db row and deadlift
yeap. tricep rope is what i use. with form that my first are facing each other
i do my traps on back day
what is a face pull?
but to contribute, i do traps on delt day because my grip is shot to shit on back day after DL
do you guys have to lean back when doing them?
depends on the weight. but when im using all the weights in the cable machine, yes, i lean back and one foot infront of other to maintain balance.
-grab a tricep rope
-set the cable machine to same height as your face.
-grasp the rope--with fist facing each other.
-with nice easy controlled motion, pull the rope towards your "FACE"

speaking of face pulls, im having a hard time keeping my stance. my gym only has the pulleys so its above my head height. when i go moderately heavyweight, the rope pulls me back after each completed rep. i keep my legs bent slightly to plant myself but i still get dragged.

it depends on how your split is designed, it's not going to make a difference. If done properly it should be done on a shoulder day if that's part of your routine
