I was down to 142 after a month of cutting (started off as a skinny-fatty @ 158-160 in febuary)

I started doing pyramids and more weights (2nd week of march) and got couldn't get over 145, but found out i wasn't eating enough.

Started eating a lot more a few days ago, and i'm already up to 148. I don't know if that's too much too quickly, but i'll wait to see where it's at after a week of increased calories

(but in all honesty, my shoulders were pretty soar from the front squats and i felt it was affecting my ability to do squats. I did do one set of squats with the barbell)

legs aren't my prioity really. I'm doing them to burn calories, and to have a good base for other exercises.

my shoulders, arms and chest are where i'm putting my effort and concentration

i'm happy with my chickenlegs for now :p

are you saying that i'm not burning calories when i'm doing leg weights?

I'm not looking for a negative calorie balance here - but if i'm not burning anything when i'm doing leg weights - then f*ck, that must be pretty amazing.

Like i said, not looking to bulk the legs... just a bit of exercise to tone them up right now.

heh. thought 8 was a little low.

18% was made through a calculator that used various measurements. I'm seeing lots of pictures of peolpe who are 18%, and have waaaay more gut.

More of the reason i should get it done proper soon.

i'm also back up to 148lbs. the extra calories are bloating me up a bit. i feel like i've gained a bit at the waist (since i've been 143 at the start of march).

enjoying being an eating machine. i've been puting down 3,500 calories for the past week now.
