A&P baby time!

    a friend came over w/ her 4 month old baby tonight, so it gave me a great chance to check out the supposed 10d low light focus problems. in a large room (14x26') we only had one 60w bulb on and some twilight light coming in the front window.

    set the 10d to portrait mode, used the pop up flash (my promaster doesnt work on the 10d) and shot all these in full auto mode..

    the exposure is almost all 1/60th @ f/1.8 w/ the pop up used as the fill flash. i shot some more but they are stil on the camera in manual mode, messing around w/ white balance and w/ the focus points. all of these focus points were done w/ canons "predictive focus" built in the camera

    brought into photoshop and did the photo-newbie routine, lol... auto contrast, auto level, basic unsharp mask, resize, watermark, border, save for web as jpg high

    all shot on the 50mm f/1.8 as i forgot to mail out my sigma this week
