Baba ganoush as a post workout meal

    I luv this stuff. I think the bread makes a good source of quick carbs for post workouts and HIIT training. Thoughts?

    a)the type of carbs aren't quick
    b)nowhere near enough protein
    c)can have a decent amount of fat depending on the recipe which you don't want PWO

    in general though, great snack :yum:

    the tahini (sesame butter) and olive oil (if used)

    you make it? or eat it out the can? that stuff made fresh is the shit...and eat enough of it and you'll shit so clean you wont need toilet paper to wipe
