    :hsugh:

Mainly I've been doing random GPP workouts and the... occasional... curls :o and shit workouts at my house. 2 months. :wtc::wtc:

    Squat
    Worked up to 245x1

    DL
Worked up to 285 and failed

    Bench
Stopped short at 225 for 2

    DB Bench
    60x12
    65x9

I went in with the idea that I would follow a routine and then decided I would just try and make it fun and try different set-ups and such. Most of the deadlifts I did were sumo, but I definitely wore the wrong shoes today. Most of my squats I was trying to sit back a little further, and experimenting with different stances, focusing on getting my body under the bar.

Overall I'm satisfied for the first time back in awhile.

Oh yeah and this was after spending roughly 6 hours rewiring the electrical in my room so I was pretty frustrated and annoyed by this time.

EDIT: To clarify, the Deadlift attempt was 275, not 285. that 8 sounds so much better than a 7. :wtc:

    Squat
Worked up to 5RM of 245 Didn't feel all that heavy with a slightly wider stance and the bar pretty low on my back.

Deadlift (Sumo till the 275 attempt)
Worked up to 225 for 5 then attempted 275 and was good for one.
I know I should have done a smaller jump at the end to actually get 5 reps out but at least it was better than last week when I could barely get it off the ground.

    Bench
Worked up to 225 for 2 :hsugh: Same as last week, it may have felt a little easier, but I was too stubborn to ask for a spot. The person that I considered asking told me I should keep my arms at a 90 degree angle to my side :ugh: so needless to say I didn't ask.

    Incline DB Bench
    70x9
    65x11

not too shabby. I just have a hard time bringing up my bench numbers after squats and deadlifts. I think I'll bring some dextrose in my shaker next monday (or tuesday, depending on what I decide for my schedule)

This worries me. I swear I remember posting my 6/23 workout somewhere. I wonder what thread I actually posted it in.:rofl::rofl::coolugh:

    6/23
    Squats
    145x4x8

    GM's
    145x3x9-10ish

    DB Shoulder Press
I think I got up to 65 for 5, but now I can't remember. It may have only been 3 or 4. :hs:

    Pullups
    I remember I got to 9
then it was like 6, 4, and 4. Something like that anyways

    It went something like this, 45x12, 95x5, 145x5, 225x5, 255x3

    Barbell Rows
    45x12, 65x5, 95x5, 120x5, 145x5, 165x4 (Shitty form)

    Incline Bench

The nurse I talked to said it was probably that I was lifting wrong or that I hadn't been lifting regularly. :coolugh: She said to take this weekend light since its 4th of july weekend and the emergency room will probably be pretty crowded. She wants me to lift again sometime soon though so I know if I still have the pain or not. She told me to feel my nuts (I wanted her to do it but this was over the phone) to feel for lumps... I'm good there.

Friday at work I was active but no pain... But then again i wasn't lifted 200 lb boxes or anything like that.

I'll wait until tuesday to lift again. Today's party after party and I'm sure tomorrow will be packed with festivities as well.

    Lebanese food here I come!!

Oh and by the way... :wtc::wtc::wtc:

I've been all cleared by a urologist. And btw, after the appt he told me that if I ever think I have a hernia, just to go see a General Surgeon becuase they see more hernias than he does.

    Yesterday (9/19/05)
    DE Bench

Bench 115x6x3 (did two sets of 125x3 and figured it was too heavy)

Wasn't able to do either board presses or rack lockouts so I was forced to do:
DB Floor Press i think 4 sets of 50x8 or something like that...
nobody was helping me so I couldnt exactly get the 65's into position (although after I was done it made sense)

    Monday (10/03/05)

Bench Worked up to 235? for one? I'll have to ask my training partner as this day was his idea and it varied from my intended scheme of things.

Flies on machine @ 90 lbs or 130 or something like that, 3-4 sets of 12 reps

Tate Presses set of 20 for 15ish, then two sets at 30 for sets of 12 or so

Pushdowns (with rope and straight attachment) Worked from 60 to 90 for somewhere around 8 or 12

Then did some single arm Tricep pushdowns at 30 and 40 lbs for whatever I could do while still leaving a couple in the hole

Did Shoulders/Biceps since I wasn't feeling up to it. My main goal is to bring up my back and Legs at this point so I'm still figuring out a schedule that I can handle.

Military Press I think we got up to 75 for 1 or so with DBs

I know we ended with Tate Presses light for like 10-15

wasn't quite sure what to do as accessory/supplementary on an ME D-day

Intended to do Pullthroughs, didn't feel like I was accomplishing anytihng, I'll have to re-evaluate how to do them

Calves on machine @ 170ish for 2 sets of 15ish
