    I start tomorrow morning (6/1/2005), and I am just write this up now. I'll update with some info when available.

    Some stats:

    Height: 5'6
    Weight: 153-155 (depending on a lot of shit. especially if I shit) I will update exact figures tomorrow
    BF: Don't know.. 15%?

    This will be my 2nd time so I am pretty sure I'll be finishing it until the end. (meaning I won't give up and I know what to expect)

    Yes, I am not really fat to begin with, but I have my reasons for doing it. Should last 4 weeks or 30 days (depending on how I feel)

    Full body twice a week. Cardio maybe 2-3 times. 1/2 refeeds a week depending on how I feel.

    Supplements:
    E + C X 3
    Y (last 3 weeks only)
    Fish oil X 12
    Green tea extract
    Multi

    Food:
    Aiming for 150-175g protein
    Eating broc, spinach, asparagus, lettuce

    I'll add info and make daily updates

    I'll be fine. 60 calories more than recommended, I hope my weight loss doesn't stall. :p

    i only take 6 a day.....on any day..no matter what diet or what not. should i be taking more?

    Yes, July/August onward. Don't worry about me, I don't plan to be frail and thin forever. My lifts aren't on par with people that have been working out for a long time, (I haven't been lifting weights that long either) but it is over 800 at 150. Which isn't horrible. :dunno: I have to take care of something first. I'm not very tall so my weight isn't very high.

    Total = 114.5 protein (too low) Calories = 760

    Fullbody workout + 20 min low intensity cardio for glycogen depletion

    More for tomorrow, have to readjust. My stomach is grumbly grumbly but its not too bad.

    Calories = 850 ish again.

    EC sure makes me thirsty

    Energy levels are fine. I actually wanted to go work out and do cardio after working 9 hours but decided against it. Hunger is in control. I am actually "full" now as I type this eating my last meal.

    Note: I am going to post in the morning my weight and edit my calories. its easier this way.

    146 or 147, my eyes are a little blurry in the morning. Probably 147.

    Feeling good. I'm feeling a lot slimmer.

    Fishoil = 120
    130X2, 30X2, 60 = 380 (breakfast and lunch) 130X2, 30, 60, 50
    Total: 900
    probably slamming a decent sized dinner later on. Maybe a snack in between. Need to go food shopping for veggies and chicken. Tuna tastes like ASSHOLES.

    I really wonder if I have to do this all month. I don't think there is that much fat left. Maybe 10lbs.

    I sure need to buy some food I have nothing in my house.

    120 = fishoil
    130+30+60+50 (breakfast so far) 320 (1lb bag of shrimp), should I eat another one? :o + 200 = whatever calories for the day

    probably going to eat a whole big bag of shrimp today boiled in chicken broth.

    I swear to god, once I'm done with this, no more bitching about dieting or not eating normal foods for a long long long time. I feel like such a skanky little fag.

    145 again. I need to take a MASSIVE shit, but I had to go to work and I didn't have time. I looked even leaner today.

    120+
    I had about 170-200 calories for breakfast. + 210 + 200ish
    Maybe one more meal later.

    edit: The more i think about it, the more I realize that I don't need to do the full month. I leaned out a lot faster than I expected. Plus, who the hell likes dieting? :o 1 or 2 more weeks, then maintenance, then up and away.

    I think I wear a small shirt size and have a 32 waist now. :mamoru: So gay. Thats a big difference from the XXL I used to wear. But my waist is so big compared to my body. explains why I squat so much compared to my training.

    I am eating a 300 calorie breakfast. WOW! so much food. (I honestly feel really full. no veggies in this one either)

    I don't think I am going to PSMF anymore. I was thinking long and hard today about a lot of various things, and I really don't want to be one of those anal retentive obsessive assholes. Plus, I am not in a race to lose weight or whatever. I don't need to optimize everything and worry about whether or not moving will make me lose LBM or all sorts of shit.

    I was thinking about the one time I finished my PSMF the first time and I said I had to eat "maintenance" for a couple weeks. One of my girl friends was like "yeah, high maintenance" and everyone laughed at me. :o Sucks to be told that by a girl. :p

    The reason why I am stopping isn't due to adherance issues, (its not that bad), its just due to the fact that I don't like not being able to go to the gym that often. I just want to get stronger or feel more fit. Plus, I am not at the stage of my life or my body isn't in the stage where I need to lose fat at an extreme level. I figure if I just eat normally and train hard, I'll always be happier with myself than I was in the past. So I am always going in the right direction anyways.
