    easy as hell fish recipe.

    3 tilapia fillets
    1/2 package of taco seasoning
    1 tbls olive oil.

cook tilapia in olive oil, break up into small pieces. add 1/3 cup of water mixed with half the packet of taco seasonings. divide into 3-4 servings, eat one and freeze the others. add a wheat tortilla to one serving for a good 200 calorie fish taco or mix with a cup of brown rice for 300 calorie deliciousness.

get some extra hot Mrs. Dash and add right before its finished cooking if you like it spicy.

    i've been hooked to:

chicken/lean ground beef cooked with taco seasoning
    brown rice
    kidney beans

eat that like 4 or 5 times a day.

I usually go with ground turkey and taco seasoning, but this could also work.

Problem is that shit's so full of sodium (the seasoning, not the fish).

I use the low-salt version, and it's still salty.
