    since i dont keep my log here any more, thought id c/p todays leg day. kicked ass. (not a max weight day really, just for overall good workout)

    Squats (oly)
    135x12
    135x12
    225x6
    275x5
    325x5
    345x5
    385x4
    365x5

    Good Mornings
    4x8 @ 205

    Rack Pulls (kept weight out a bit, work mid back)
    225x3
    315x5
    405x3
    315x5

    30 mins of plyos, 3' and 4' boxes
    wall traversing
    jumps/rolls/falls

    GHR
    4x12 @ BW (pause at top)

    Calf Press
    2x12 @ 200 (pause at top and bottom)

    Lunges
    3x8 @ 50 wider stance hit outside of leg more
