someone jump on this
don't make me go back to your thread and reevaluate
too late. You already posted.
manual aperture adjustment?
if you lock it at F22 it can be controlled by the camera
but it can also be adjusted manually for film bodies
maybe one day when i have an FX sensor
yeah, its not quite wide enough for my D300, but the 12-24 takes care of that
That lens rarely leaves my D300.
it's incredible. I'd kill for the 24-70 though.
Canon has a 24-70 2.8
oh nm, you guys do too.
one day, my friend. one day.
Should I have gone Nikon?
Yeah, thats too rich for my blood though. The Sigma 24-70 2.8 will have to do...I'm just waiting for the updated version to come out (I heard it's supposed to be around December)
stay away from that lens. I had it, hated it.
awesome lens on FX sensor
that lens lives on my D80
negative. no plans for a christmas ship. In fact, it is still being developed with no time frame for production yet.
Cause I looked into it also
it makes the D80 look so small though.
Aren't there usually "good" and "bad" copies from 3rd party lenses? I was thinking of testing out a few and picked whichever one looked good to me (at the store). Otherwise I might just go with the Tamron 28-75...I just would rather have the wide end instead of the 5mm in reach.
