    If possible, cook the oats (if you get steel cut).

    I found them at Wegmans :bigok: I didnt buy them though because I have no idea how to prepare them :hs:

    I just made 3 bowls of oats and all 3 boiled over... making shit at the office with interruptions sucks balls :mad:.

    I Like Bob's red mill, the McCann's irish ones or whatever just take a little bit longer to cook I think. That or its in my head, they're really all the same if you're getting steel cut oats :).

    GI aside, cooking them should eliminate the chance of grain mites

    cool, that article says walnuts have omega 3 fats too. i always eat walnuts but i thought i still needed to supplement fish oil, gues not:cool:
