5' 7" 150 lbs, but I am older than you, 23 to be exact. Only seriously been lifting for the past 3-4 months. I was off and on before that. Lotta shit was goin on in my life.

    Bench
    215 x 1
    205 x 2
    195 x 4
    185 x 7

That was my last check on such things. Right now I am more focused on my back exercises. Seeing as I never really got into that until the last 6 months or so.

How long have you been lifting? At 15 my numbers were a bit better after a year

lol the bar is parallel but the thing is i've been ice skating for a long time so my legs are much more in shape than my upper body thats why i can do so much with them then my chest, or biceps

what they were referring to up there is that your legs should be parallel to the ground (hip to knee) when you go down. a lot of people do half squats and think they're doing them correctly. have someone watch your form to make sure you're doing them correctly.

generally in PE (back in the day) and in football they told us u should be able to at least bench your own body weight. going by that yer bench should be 35lbs higher :dunno: but yer 15 and there r prob alot weaker guys out there than u.
