whoa, cool. how many people is this pulling info from (on average)

edit: average weight is 190 but the DL is at about 430 lbs? Thats a lot to pull at 190 lbs, is it not?

doesnt seeem harder to imagine that then the 270 bench.. :dunno: There are some really strong people throwing the curve up and im guessing the weakest people probably didnt post up meaning we are seeing an unnatural distribution because the outliers on the strong side are more likely to be included then the weak side.

Also, hang on.. wasn't this "post your ONE REP MAX" bench?

So those numbers actually represent max bench, max squat, max dead etc, rather than the weight used for working sets, right?

It's almost like asking OT how big their dicks are. At least 50% - 60% will probably lie and add an inch or two. You may need to factor in a cheat percentage and recalculate.

averages dont mean much if there are outliers..

you need to do a regression, figure out the outliers and take them out of the equation.
