I want to open up an email on my mail server that would be specifically for pictures sent from my camera phone. What I want to be able to do is take a picture, send it, have the mail server grab the message, take the image and put it into a php script that would file the image on my site and place it on an online gallery. I have the php side of things done but I have no clue how to get my mail server to do this.

The computer is running Darwin 7.0 with Apache 1.3.7x and still has no mail server installed; so I am open to any suggestions on that front.

One way I did something similar (save the attachment to a folder), was link the .pst file of outlook into access. From there, just using vba to export the information. I'm pretty sure you can use VB to do the same thing - but you do need to fetch the email into a pst file (outlook) to go this route.

There might be something out there, but you could easily code up a custom solution with Java...
