    I thought they were more along the lines of 12k. Ive handled one, got to put like one hundred rounds through and then clean it and all. Its so nice.

    Damn. I saw a guy like 2 years back with one for sale for 12k. I shoulda whored myself out a bit and bought that shit!

    No shit. Last year my dad got offered to buy an MP43/1 for $8k. It wasn't in the best shape, but he passed because he thought it was to expensive.

    If they're going for $20k+ now, god damn.

    They're somewhat rarer, but for the most part unless it has the "vampire" stuff to go with it. They seem to command the same prices. Of course, there are those that demand a premium.

    Oh I know, I deal with MGs on a daily basis.

    It's just I wasn't 21 at the time, and my dad is still stuck with the 60s price mentality.
