So I was in Austria a couple weeks ago and took a ton of pictures, but here are a few i just pulled randomly, don't want to riddle the first post with a ton of shots but i'll post more later if you all want to see more. I also have 6 rolls of B&W film i need to get developed which i'm excited about as well.

This was Innsbruck Austria, beautiful place to say the least. enjoy :wavey:

all shots taken directly from the camera with minor level changes in PS.

these 4 were taken at the top of Aximer Litzum ski area at about 8k feet.

thanks everyone! i'll get some more pics up later, i'm just busy :o

The D40 is a great camera and people seem surprised sometimes by its quality. I'd love to get something a little better but money is an issue.

you talking about the windows straight ahead or on the right? those are actually open to the right. only on windy days (the second day we went) do they close the big garage door style sliding doors. you can see the tops of them by the roof line. its like a large enclosed porch that can be opened on nice days. very cool. the last picture is the view out those big openings.

Yeah no wonder. It was illusion:coolugh:, the jpeg artifacts near the borders of the openings gave the illusion of reflection, no way can glass be that big anyway :coolugh:
