    on the 250hp version.

I havent seen many at all dont know how big they are, but I have seen some pics and they look very nice, but others it really just looks like a wagon. is it a family car wagon or a hatch back.

all they show on the AudiUSA webside is 4 doors, no 2 door I would rather have the 2 dr at 250hp. Maybe your thinking of the A2 which US does not get at all

The US only gets the four door, which is a shame.

I prefer four doors in any car. It makes the car more usable.

Someone who works in an office near mine owns an A3, and about a dozen other people in the town where I work have them too. I like the way they look and any car with a VW turbo engine is a good car in my book.

No turbo quattro manual. That is the only problem with an otherwise perfect car.

so saying im not going to do any motor mods you guys would get the 2.0t @ 200hp instead of the v6?

and having not seen one in person does the car look like a family wagon or just a 4 door hatch.

It's too small to be a wagon. Even if it were a wagon, nobody would think it's a wagon.

If you don't want to do any mods, get the v6. If you secretly want to do mods and you're just not ready to admit it, get the 2.0t

Nah, you're just not skilled enough. Nobody says you have to have the gas floored when you drop the clutch.

A older guy (~60) in my office just got the 2.0t with DSG. He LOVES it. He says the turbo has virtually no lag and the DSG is awesome. He doesn't even really know what it's called, but he says that the transmission is awesome. When you floor it and then go to upshift he says the transmission shifts like a rifle going off, it's that quick and hard (in a good way).

I've seen half a dozen or so roaming around Seattle. They don't look like a wagon. They look like a slightly elongated hatchback. They have an understated/regal look to them.

I saw a show on the Audi TT and they said that they far preferred the 2.0T to the V6. They said that the V6 felt a lot heavier, especially in the nose, and that the power gain wasn't that significant. They said that the turbo is a better value.

I wisht they would bring a three door variant or S3 over here.

There's an article that I read in in European Car is posted online. It is tuned by Neuspeed and literally rips pavement.

Okay, so you don't have to worry about clutch finesse. That should make it even easier to control the gas pedal.

That could definitely do it. At least the A3 has equal-length axles, so you don't get torque-steer.

The S3 is dope. Do they make a quattro version? They must, it's on the same platform as the Golf right?

I would love an S3 quattro.
